_Welcome to salimalhasso.com, my personal website, which is an update on my old website : alhasso.com

I am a retired engineer, who spent the last 40 years of his life working within the computer world, servicing, programming and forever learning to keep up with the fast developing technology.

Art, has always been in my blood since childhood and ever since my retirement,
has become my main drive and occupation.

You will also find on this website, various sections dedicated to Iraq, my home country and the middle East as a whole, covering  cultural and historical backgrounds and the political climate.
I am a liberal minded individual, who believes in global fairness and possibly rather idealistic outlook on humanity and co-existence based on sharing knowledge and world fortunes for mutual benefits among nations to achieve peace and minimise  wars.
